
About Regina Molden
Regina Molden is a seasoned trial lawyer who focuses on complex commercial litigation. Regina is also a trained, certified mediator and arbitrator and understands the benefits of settling without protracted litigation. She has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of plaintiffs but has also defeated multi-million-dollar claims on behalf of defendants. Molden’s work on “both sides of the v” gives her a unique perspective of the complexities of litigation, which she brings to each mediation.
In addition to her work as a mediator, Regina serves as Managing Partner of Molden & Associates. Regina was an associate at a major law firm in Downtown Atlanta, where she successfully defended a number of directors and officers against business-related claims, including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate waste, and misrepresentation. Prior to practicing law, Regina worked as an advertising account executive. Her experience includes television, radio, and newspaper advertising sales.

EDUCATION/BAR ADMISSIONS
Regina earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Stillman College, where she was a Presidential Scholar.
Regina is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Georgia. Her federal employment practice also takes her to several States outside of Georgia.
